Usually when I land in Mumbai I make it a point to have breakfast the following day at Theobroma’s. It’s either the one in Colaba if I am in town, or at Powai if I am staying at Tania‘s in Andheri. I cannot begin to explain how much I love the Egg Florentine at Theo’s. They make excellent poached eggs on top of a bed of grilled spinach.  Not a big fan of the fries and would have preferred a potato salad. Nevertheless a pretty scrumptious breakfast. I’ve tried most of the other items on the breakfast menu and have been pretty satisfied. More about Theobroma in my other posts.
